Submission Rate Analysis and History
Each PIC Monitor™ report includes a cover sheet that graphically displays your PIC submission rate for the month compared to the submission rates for PHAs of similar size. The cover sheet also includes a graph showing you what your PIC submission rate has been for the last six months, so you can track your progress.
Detailed PIC Error Reports
Behind the cover sheet, the PIC Monitor™ identifies each household currently under lease that has a defective 50058 record in PIC. Those records are organized into groups by the type of defect, and the report includes detailed instructions on how to correct the defects. For example, the report clearly identifies:
- Households that need to be EOP’d in PIC
