PIC Submission

With the PIC Submission service, you submit your 50058 records to Tenmast, and Tenmast submits them to PIC for you. The difference is that Tenmast guarantees that it will never submit a 50058 record with an error to PIC.

The way we guarantee error-free submissions is that our PIC Specialists analyze each 50058 submission record before submitting them to PIC, and they remove any records with fatal error from your submission file. For each record with an error, we prepare a detailed report that describes the type of error and provides instructions (in English) on how to correct it. We provide that error report to you (along with a report listing the error-free records) so you can easily make the right corrections, then we submit the error-free records to PIC. (The next PIC submission file you send us will contain the error corrections, and the cycle begins again.)

Since our PIC Submission service never submits a record with an error to PIC, you no longer have to review PIC error reports. Another advantage of this service is that you will maintain your submission rate above 95% each and every month.top of page

PIC Coaching

If you use our PIC Submission service, you can also include our PIC Coaching service to compliment it. In addition to submitting your 50058 records each month, our PIC Coaching service provides your staff with “on-the-job” training with each submission file. Like the PIC Submission service, you will e-mail your 50058 submission files to Tenmast, and our PIC Specialists will analyze your tenant data and identify the records with errors. Then, armed with detailed data about the errors in your file, we work with your staff directly in a scheduled conference call to review each error and the causes of the error, and train them on the correct solution for each error. More importantly, our PIC Specialists, working with your staff, look for patterns in your error data from one submission file to the next. Then they incorporate that knowledge into each error-resolution session, so your staff learns how to avoid those errors in the future.

The advantage to the PIC Coaching service is the one-on-one guidance and working with your staff on each PIC submission. This process trains your staff how to use the PIC system correctly in a “live” environment and helps them avoid repeating the same error from one month to the next. Our PIC coaching service is also one of the most effective ways to maintain consistently high submission rates from one month to the next.

PIC Coaching also has a built-in “end-of-service.” Because PIC Coaching trains your staff as they go, and increases their PIC skills with each submission, most clients terminate the Coaching portion of the service after six months. Continuing with the PIC Submission part of the service gives you the advantage of “clean” submissions each month and a report with clear instructions how to maintain your submission rate above 95%.
